\ud83d\udce2Digital Transformation in my opinion is more \u201cTransformation\u201d than \u201cDigital\u00bb, digitization is about technology<\/strong><\/a> and <\/strong>transformation is about people<\/strong><\/a> ,without no doubt, it is a cultural change in your company and It has to be adopted as it is a Transformation of all your processes along the supply chain.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Here you have the pillars that I belive are essential for the success of your digital transformation journey.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

1. Count on the commitment and leadership of the Top executives, they need to be the main drivers of the Digital Transformation.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

2.Do a maturity model<\/u> assessment for each Manufacturing plant.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\"\"<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

3.Define Strategy and create a clear Roadmap.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\"\"<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

4.Create a five years plan minimum, reviewed annually, taking into account that the reality will be quite different.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\"\"<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

5.Build and strong and committed project team.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\"\"<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

6.Provide founds and budget, at least 5-10% for digitization in capital projects.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\"\"<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

7.Create a commitment to transform the supply chain to a integrated supply chain.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

8.Establish a Smart Factory standard end to end across the supply chain with a ZERO LOSS MINDSET<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

9.Reinforce and upgrade the IT-OT Infrastructure and people.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

10.Engage the people at all levels in the organization, cultural change.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
