📢Digital Transformation in my opinion is more “Transformation” than “Digital», digitization is about technology and transformation is about people ,without no doubt, it is a cultural change in your company and It has to be adopted as it is a Transformation of all your processes along the supply chain.

Here you have the pillars that I belive are essential for the success of your digital transformation journey.

1. Count on the commitment and leadership of the Top executives, they need to be the main drivers of the Digital Transformation.

2.Do a maturity model assessment for each Manufacturing plant.

3.Define Strategy and create a clear Roadmap.

4.Create a five years plan minimum, reviewed annually, taking into account that the reality will be quite different.

5.Build and strong and committed project team.

6.Provide founds and budget, at least 5-10% for digitization in capital projects.

7.Create a commitment to transform the supply chain to a integrated supply chain.

8.Establish a Smart Factory standard end to end across the supply chain with a ZERO LOSS MINDSET

9.Reinforce and upgrade the IT-OT Infrastructure and people.

10.Engage the people at all levels in the organization, cultural change.

📢Are you agree with them? Would you add anything else? Let me know your thoughts?
